Studio You is a Balmain based Women’s health clinic – we are devoted to helping you be the best version of yourself, feeling healthier, stronger and happier. Studio You is a place for you to get inspired, feel empowered and take control of your health and wellbeing, inside and out.

We know you like to take a proactive view of your health but we also know there is a lot of conflicting information out there and it’s often difficult to know what to believe of which direction to follow.

Our practitioners will partner with you, sharing their expertise and experience so you are empowered to make the right choices. Whether it’s learning more about adrenal health and how important it is to your overall health, or the best recipes for radiant skin, the Studio You team will be by your side.

Emma Sutherland, our founder, has been specialising in women’s health for over 14 years and has practised in Balmain for most of that time. She was the expert nutritionist on the Lifestyle You TV show “Eat Yourself Sexy” and her popular book is “50 Foods that Will Change Your Life” is the ultimate guide to healthy eating for women.

We are conveniently located at 135 Rowntree Street, Birchgrove, 2041 which is close to the Inner West suburbs of Balmain, Rozelle and Lilyfield. There is convenient two hour parking around our clinic along with a bus stop at the front door (No 441) and ferry stop (Mort Bay) only 5 minutes walk.

WAITING LIST:

We are very proactive at managing our waiting lists – if you can’t find an online booking to suit you please send us an email to info@studio-you.com.au and include:

• Your name
• 3 possible appointment times/days
• The practitioner’s name you wish to see

We will then place you on the waiting list and work to get back to you within 48 hours. We highly recommend that you still book an online appointment so you have it as a backup option.
